Returns & Exchanges (Domestic Orders)
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or are facing a size or style issue, we’re happy to help! You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery. Here’s how it works:

Return for Store Credit:

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a credit note valid for 3 months on our website.

The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition with tags intact.

Please note that sale items, discounted products, and customized pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchange:

You can exchange your item for one of equal or higher value.

The exchange process can happen only once per order, and once exchanged, the item cannot be returned.

We will bear the cost of shipping the new item to you, but the cost of shipping the item back to us is your responsibility.

The exchanged item must reach us within 15 days from the delivery date.

Altered Items:

Unfortunately, items that have been altered or customized to your measurements are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

International Orders
Due to shipping, customs, and logistical challenges, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We encourage you to contact us before purchasing to clarify any doubts about size, fit, or style.
Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel your order within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation email. After this period, cancellations are not accepted as our products are made to order.
Refund Policy
Since all our products are crafted especially for you, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with exchanges, alterations, and returns for store credit.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take quality seriously and strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event that your product is damaged during transit:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage.

Ship the damaged item back to us within 7 days of notifying us.

If the damage is verified as transit-related, we will:

Repair or alter the product if possible and ship it back to you.

Replace the item with a new one if the damage is irreparable.

Issue store credit if neither option is feasible.

The cost of return shipping will be reimbursed if the damage is confirmed.

Shipping
We ship all domestic orders free of charge within India within 4 weeks of order confirmation. For international orders, shipping charges vary based on the product weight and destination.
