Every piece crafted in Chanderi silk, handwoven linen, tissue, and dupion is designed for real life: the board meeting, the dinner that matters, the wedding where you'd rather be remembered than overdressed. From luxury ethnic co-ord sets for women to handcrafted sarees, our clothes are made for women who know exactly who they are, typically between 35 and 50, with no interest in volume or trend.

Yes. Warra offers made-to-order garments including ethnic co-ord sets, pret wear, and sarees with a standard lead time of 10–15 business days. Customisation is available on select pieces and covers adjustments to length, sleeve style, and measurements. To place a made-to-order request, contact our styling team via WhatsApp before placing your order. Pricing for alterations is confirmed before production begins.

Every Warra piece is handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans from hand-embroidered zari detailing to hand-finished seams. Whether it's our ethnic co-ord sets for women, pret wear, or sarees, we produce in small batches only. No mass manufacturing. No outsourced production lines. Fabrics are sourced for their natural properties and longevity, not for cost efficiency. Slow fashion is not a positioning statement for us, it is the only way we know how to make clothes well.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. EMI options are available on select bank cards for higher-value purchases. International orders are accepted via PayPal and international credit cards. Cash on Delivery is not available. All transactions are processed securely.
Shipping, Returns & exchange
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery for domestic orders, provided the item is unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition with tags intact. Returns are processed as store credit — a credit note valid for 3 months on the website. Exchanges are for items of equal or higher value, can only happen once per order, and the exchanged item must reach Warra within 15 days of the delivery date. Warra bears the cost of shipping the new item to you; return shipping is your responsibility. Sale items, discounted products, and customised or altered pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
All domestic orders within India ship free of charge and are dispatched within 4 weeks of order confirmation. For international orders, shipping charges vary based on product weight and destination. Delivery timelines may vary by location, and Warra is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
Warra does not offer refunds. Since all products are made to order, satisfaction is addressed through exchanges, alterations, and store credit. Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of receiving the order confirmation email — after this window, cancellations are not accepted. In the event of a damaged or defective product, Warra must be notified within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs, and the item must be returned within 7 days. If transit damage is verified, Warra will repair, replace, or issue store credit, and reimburse return shipping costs.
