Shipping & Delivery

Made-to-measure outfits typically take 30–45 business days from the date we receive both your payment and measurements. Please note that each outfit may have a different production timeline, which is mentioned on the respective product page. Kindly note: Sundays and public holidays are non-working days and are not included in the delivery timeline.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll share your courier tracking details so you can track your shipment.

All garments are carefully packed with protective wrapping to ensure they arrive safely. Each order also includes a Warra-branded garment bag.

Alterations

Yes, we do. Our garments include a 2–3 inch margin to allow for minor alterations. We offer complimentary alterations within 30 days of delivery (shipping charges are not included). After 30 days, alteration charges may apply.

No. If you purchased your outfit from a multi-brand outlet, please contact the store where you made the purchase for any alteration requests or other queries.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

As most of our garments are made-to-measure or customised, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

No. We follow a strict no-refund policy on all orders. Once your order is confirmed and production has begun, cancellations are not possible.
