Shipping policy

The delivery time for products may vary based on the processes involved. A rough estimate for the dispatch of products can be found on the product page itself. All domestic orders are dispatched within 3 weeks of order. For any international orders, please get in touch with us at support@warra.in

Shipping within India is free as all charges are completely borne by us. However, shipping charges for international orders will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

RETURNS

Eligibility for Returns

  • If an incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the order does not match the item in the order confirmation email.

  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel that the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.

  • If your order meets our return eligibility criteria mentioned above, please contact us within 5 working days of delivery with the following information:
    a) Order Number
    b) Delivery Address
    c) Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

  • Please ensure that the product(s) being returned to us are unused and unworn and that the original tags on the product(s) are intact.

Please note that International Orders are not eligible for returns.
